Team Building
This programme uses MBTI™ as a self-awareness tool and offers participants the opportunity to examine their own teams in the context of behaviours and work style. The programme demonstrates the benefits of building capability and discusses the elements of a high performance culture. Through careful facilitation, teams and managers are enabled to articulate the difference between performance and potential and allows them to identify ways of unlocking identified potential within the team. The programme allows teams to reflect on recent performance and identify skills and development gaps which need to be addressed to drive continuous high performance.
Every team Is different. They are made up of unique personalities, have developed healthy and unhealthy ways of working together and are perceived by those outside the team in a variety of ways.
Every team is different, but different in similar ways. At various stages of their evolution and development, teams will face issues of communication, competence, belief, direction, motivation and performance to name but a few.

This process may involve increasing team awareness – often using MBTI® to explore styles of interaction; using careful facilitation to enable the team articulate the difference between potential and performance and then find ways of working together that allows the team fulfill its potential and truly become a high performing team.
