Management Development
This is a tailored programme – often modular – to cover a range of skills development for newly or recently appointed managers. The programme incorporates a broad range of management skills training from Communicating for Influence and giving effective feedback to personal efficiency and delegation.
Programmes vary in duration and depth depending on the requirements of the client. Some of our management development programmes run across all levels of management and over a period of 3 or more years enabling a manager to access a comprehensive range of training as they move forward through the organisation.
