Global demands versus local issues is what keeps members of global teams awake at night. Trying to juggle various commitments and dotted line reporting to numerous stakeholders can make life difficult. For team leaders it is equally challenging. Typically they are in senior positions with key responsibilities within the organisation and need to get individuals divided by time zones and unique market nuisances to act and perform as a united team.
