Dignity at Work

 

If respect for others is an inbuilt employee competency then a dignity at work ethos will be clearly visible in your organisation.

 

This workshop encourages employees to treat each other with respect and dignity whether they are under scrutiny or not. Research indicates that showing respect must come from the heart and not as a fear of legislation. 

 

We provide each individual with the opportunity to examine their own behaviour, discuss inappropriate behaviours, become familiar with company policy and prepare a strategy for dealing with bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
